The Perfect Pear is a delightful twist on a traditional Sidecar cocktail. The spiced pear liqueur and ginger beer perfectly balance the cognac for a delicious wintery libation.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. cognac
1 oz. spiced pear liqueur
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Ginger beer
Pear slice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into coupe glass.
Top with ginger beer and add a pear slice to garnish.
