Come celebrate the 50th Annual Monroe Strawberry Festival on June 18th and 19th this Father's Day Weekend, brought to you by the Monroe Congregational church. Join us for an old-fashioned church festival with modern twists that your entire family will love! Sample homemade jams and shortcakes, baked goods and smoothies. Enjoy our juried craft fair, food trucks including Weenie Lynn's and Crazy Taco Mex, live music and more. The award-winning Silver Steel Band will be performing on Sunday, June 19th from 1-3pm. Directed by Jim Royle of Jim Royle Studios, Silver Steel will be playing Caribbean favorites as well as Soca and Calypso music from Trinidad and Tobago. Prepare for spontaneous dancing, uncontrollable joy and perpetual smiles with this group!
