The Town of Fairfield will host its inaugural Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 23rd from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the FTC & Sanford Street lots. This first of its kind, outdoor event is a partnership of the Fairfield Parks & Recreation Department, Experience Fairfield, & Fairfield Theatre Company. Live music by Alligator and Benny Mikula Band (of Alpaca Gnomes) will provide entertainment along with Big Dog's Mobile Axe Throwing and cornhole. A beer truck will be on location, as well as food trucks with festive food offerings. Commemorative Fairfield Oktoberfest t-shirts and steins will be available for purchase.
