Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

Large Bananas-  2 (frozen)
Coconut water or water -  4 Tbsp
Vanilla powder -  1/2 Tsp
Dates-  2-3 (pitted)
Cinnamon powder- 1/2 Tsp (optional)
Walnuts- 3- 4 chopped (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender (except walnuts). Stop mixing as necessary and scrape sides of blender to remove chunks of mix.  Continue blending until it looks similar to the consistency of soft serve ice cream.

If too runny, add a little more banana.  If too thick add a little more coconut water or water.

Once blended, scoop into a bowl and sprinkle walnuts on top. If you desire a truer ice cream consistency, freeze for 3 hours…and then eat!

Extra tip:  Peel bananas BEFORE freezing them!  It makes for easier + quicker “ice cream” making!

BTW, Not only can this recipe help you begin to take the edge off of your stress, but if eaten regularly, in replacement of other sugary snacks, it can help you lose weight too!
