Irish Nog

Our Irish Nog is the perfect festive tipple for the holidays. As a batched cocktail, it is ideal for a party and bottles up for a lovely gift. In perfecting our recipe, we started with a traditional Coquito recipe and gave it an Irish twist with Jameson Whiskey and Bailey's Irish Cream. Flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and a hint of coconut make this cocktail the perfect fireside sipper. Since it is egg-less, it lasts 4-6 months refrigerated in an airtight container so it's easy to make ahead for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened milk

1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. Jameson Whiskey

1/2 c. Bailey's Irish Cream

Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed

2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

3. Shake very well before serving and serve with or without ice.

4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
