Make your relationship unbreakable in 2023 by doing these 3 things!

1.
Regular Date Nights.

Our relationships need a consistent and intentional connection to grow and adapt. Regular date nights are a strong way to separate yourselves from everyday life and spend the time being fully present in one another's company. Whether at home or away, make 1:1 time with your spouse a priority!

2.
Communicate often and listen to understand.

Don't be scared of conflict! Talk it out. The good, the bad, and the ugly. The more you address issues and concerns as they arise, the quicker you will get at working through them and the stronger your relationship will be. Never let anything go unsaid.

And when communicating, be sure to listen to understand, not respond. Often times when we are listening to another person talk, we are just waiting our turn, not really absorbing what they are saying. Be present & listen to understand what your spouse is saying.

3.
Know one another's love language and sex drive type.

Knowing how your partner likes to receive love is GOLD! We often times show others love by how we like to be loved, but it isn't always the same way! Being more in tune with how our partner responds to our expression of gratitude and appreciation will allow us to be more intentional and effective with it.

AND knowing whether desire or arousal comes first for your partner is a game changer when it comes to seggsy time! One might think they or their partner have a low sex drive, when in fact their drive may just need a different approach. (Click the link in my bio for my sex drive guide quiz!)
